Abstract
The aim of this paper is to develop an experiment using Fuzzy Logic. Thus, we chose an example of an application that fits in this concept. The example deals with a subject that is increasingly present in our daily life: Internet shopping. So, the idea is to evaluate the quality of the services provided by an "Online Store" by considering two variables: delivery time and cost. We also provide an analysis of some defuzzification methods for this application.
