Abstract
In many applications signals and interferences have different probability distributions. We suggest to form the reference signal via a nonlinear noninertial transformation of the array output. It is shown that, for the most common types of amplitude and phase modulation of the signal, the adjustment of weight coefficients according to the minimum mean square deviation criterion leads at the same time to optimization according to the maximum signal-to-noise ratio criterion as well.
