Abstract
The reason and response of the complex procedure for the extreme flood and drought disaster events are driven by both nature and man power. The governments´ cooperation and the changes for the situations happen in emergency disposal and the procedure of the management, which result in multi-subject, multi-layer, multi-scale, dynamic, complexity and uncertainty. In emergency disposal and management oriented, in order to solve the problems of complex procedure modeling and solution, this paper builds up a new paradigm of complex procedure analysis based on computational experiment. On the basis of evolution computational model according to observation simulation recognition mode, the computational experiment system architecture of the extreme flood and drought disaster events is designed and built, and the referred key technology in computational experiment system of disaster events is analyzed, which follow the separation of physical composition and logical composition. The main contents conclude: (1) the evolution computational model of the data driven extreme flood and drought disaster events; (2) the computational experiment system architecture of extreme flood and drought disaster events; (3) the key technology analysis and design of the computational experiment system.
