Research on the Evaluation System of IT Project

Project evaluation system has a significant effect on the decision-making of IT project. IT project evaluation exists throughout all the phases of the IT project, including IT project preparation period, IT project construction period and IT project operation period. On the basis of analyzing the significance, necessity and the characters, this paper did a systematic study on the evaluation system of IT projects as well as evaluating the content by the general theory, methods and practice of the project evaluation. It contains the following items: financial evaluation, economic analysis, social assessment, environmental assessment, post-evaluation, uncertainty analysis, risk analysis and so on.
