  • Abstract
    This paper deals with the advanced manufacturing techniques to extend the operating range to frequencies exceeding 1 THz. Water cooling is eliminated by incorporating a depressed collector. Output waveguide coupling is improved so as to increase coupling efficiency and mode purity.
