Abstract :
This contribution presents a framework and study design for the measurement of efficiency and quality of accessible Web sites. In particular, the framework developed constitutes an instrument for benchmarking of Web accessibility implementation effects by means of aggregation of quantitative data and may-in a later stage-be applied to real business cases. Hence, this framework represents a valuable tool for the measurement of efficiency of Web accessibility and may support organizations in their decision making process concerning Web accessibility implementation.
