Abstract :
Paul Baltes became Director of Engineering Professional Development at the University of Arizona in 1984, where he coordinated and administered short courses and conferences for the College of Engineering. Paul died unexpectedly on December 27, 2003. A biography highlighting his professional contributions is given.
