Abstract :
Based on the analysis of the importance and necessarity of public participation, this paper recommend to combine urban planning with community planning, using participatory community planning approach to encourage the organized participation of community inhabitants and to improve their living conditions. The action process of participatory community planning and policy suggestions have been analyzed and discussed in details.
