Abstract :
By combining the result of the investigation into the demand for E-government informatization of Jining city of Shandong province and Beijing, etc., the business system of traffic E-government information platform is analyzed in this paper. The overall functional framework of traffic management E-government platform is proposed by initiating from key government systems such as: road administration, transport administration, station as well as fees, etc. In addition, the procedures, implementation process, etc. of the government platform are analyzed correspondingly, the construction of urban traffic government management platform provides guarantee for safe, convenient and efficient traffic conditions and transport service, and it is conducive to the operation management and service level of the government´s traffic government administration.
