  • Abstract
Open pit slope stability analysis by the uncertainty existing in the instructions, put forward the need for reliability calculation, and calculation of reliability are discussed for the partial derivative function and the function does not converge to the finite element calculations software and functional problems caused by function argument there was a correlation between this issue and do a thorough study and proposed a new method that the reliability of the generalized finite element reliability. Principle and the use of partial least squares regression analysis of the performance function, to establish the reliability of finite element and generalized combination between the two. Not only simplify the calculation can play a role, and ensure accuracy. Finally, a practical example of a calculation of surface mine.
