Abstract :
This paper introduced the detection of small targets using multi-spectral data and the modified method of constrained energy minimization (CEM). Also in this paper, we used iterative error analysis (IEA) method to obtain the endmember and get the spectral data of target´s end member, then substituted the endmember´s spectral date in modified CEM equation to detect the interesting small targets successfully. The simulative results show that this method reduces the false alarm largely and it does not need the object´s post spectral information, so it is more applicable.
