Abstract
High voltage TWT power supplies are operating with low, medium, high PRF (pulse repetition frequency) schedules. A design of multi-mode (no synchronization) TWT power supplies are providing wide range of PRF (0-200 kHz) and pulse length with spurious phase noise of -90 dBc and random of -120 dBc/Hz, specific radar application being engagement at high Mach number. For the operation of TWT, it requires High Voltage Power Supply (HVPSU) and modulator.
