Abstract
A description is given of CMOS subcircuits obtained when a linear voltage controlled transconductance circuit is connected to the operational amplifier input. It is shown that circuits corresponding to FDNR and inductance can be realized. This results in design procedures using direct simulation of RLC-prototype networks. Examples of fully integrated continuous-time CMOS filter structures are presented. Both unbalanced and fully balanced version are possible
