Abstract
This paper deals with the application of H∞ control for the design of an active suspension system. The involved vehicle is represented by a half-car model. A multivariable H∞ control is developed to satisfy the performance/comfort objectives. Some simulation results on typical ride conditions point out the relevance of the proposed methodology
