Abstract :
During the process of the mine production, many geological factors exist in the coal seam and bring influence on the safety, such as the fault structure, fracture zone, collapse column, and so on. It is the main performance to reduce the digging efficiency and to affect digging safety during the production of roadway excavation and face mining. According to the difference of the dielectric constant between coal seam and rock, exploration and forecast about geological structure in coal seam can be done through the method of ground penetrating radar. Combining with detection engineering practices in the mine field of Huainan, the characteristics of the radar reflection wave and its distinguishing effect are analyzed according to the testing application in the laneway of coal seam by the antennas of different frequencies, from 50 to 100 MHz. Through analyzing on the influencing factors of data collection in the laneway, the process of data processing, the velocity selection and the phase trace and interpretation, the application current situation and the future direction are analyzed by the method of ground penetrating radar to do advanced detection the structure in coal seam.
