Abstract :
A research method of the throttle aperture when annular slice deformation is presented. The flow equation of aperture under the turbulence state is deduced using the boundary layer theory. The equivalent relation of the flow is deduced according to the system structure which is designed by independence. The flow coefficient of controllable valve is solved by least squares method under the different current strength. The mathematical model of controllable damping hydro-pneumatic spring is built through the equation above and the fact gas state expression. The variation relation of elastic force and the total export force under the different current strength following the displacement are analyzed. The correctness of model are validated compared with the experimental data, and it is explained that the practicability of the turbulence flow equation.
