Abstract :
Summary form only given. A lenticular 360 degrees display has been developed, based on the moire-enlargement of a periodic picture array by a lens array of similar periodicity. On this cycloramic display, signs or pictures can be displayed in full color and even short motion picture scenes and 3D pictures can be shown. The display can hide the form and actual movements of an object; thus, it seems possible to use it for camouflage in different spectral regions. An application of the cycloramic display as a target in the radar which shows the same picture from all sides has been proposed. The possibility of using mirrors instead of lenses for the realization of the display has also been considered.<>
