            Abstract : 
Circularly polarized microstrip antennas catch more and more eyes in military applications with its low profile, conformality, easy integration and good concealment, etc. This paper provides from a practical viewpoint a design of small-sized compact wide-band circularly polarized microstrip antenna with an dual capacitively coupled feeds. The antenna has the advantages of simple feeding ang band width,ideal for a circularly polarized design.
