Abstract :
A total of 18 specimens damage processes of concretes under uniaxial compression in Id, 3d, 5d, 7d, 14d and 28d age are monitored by acoustic emission technique, the development of axial compression strength and corresponding typical acoustic emission characteristics are summarized. Acoustic emission characteristic parameters which in higher correlation with the development of mechanical properties for concrete in early age are given.
