Abstract :
A novel compact single-reflector offset antenna is presented. The antenna has been synthesized and analyzed by programs which result from modifications to corresponding programs for dual-reflector offset antennas. Computations have demonstrated that the novel antenna concept exhibits high antenna efficiency, low sidelobes, and low cross-polarization, similar to the pattern characteristics of dual-reflector offset antennas.<>
