Abstract :
The on-line measure precision of low-altitude target elevation doesn´t satisfy the requirement of low-altitude/low-angle target. A software has been designed to extract the elevation of low-altitude target after measurement from the saved video signal by the radar system, it consists of six methods: C2 algorithm, Bias compensation algorithm, dynamic bias compensation algorithm, C2-bias compensation algorithm, bias compensation of C2 dynamic phase estimate and Maximum Likelihood estimate algorithm. The results indicate they are effective and feasible in the off-line elevation extraction and they can remarkably improve the precision of elevation measurement extraction, Satisfying the precision requirement of trial.
