  • Abstract
    The authors talk about the last achievements with designing the cyclotron protective device (CPD) having a recovery time not more then 20 to 30 ns. The combination of CPD with low noise amplifier (LNA) is named as cyclotron protected complex amplifier (CPCA). It is concluded that increasing the frequency band of 3 cm wavelength CPD in twice is very important stage of development for present-day radar systems.
