Abstract :
A brief discussion of PSO from 1995 to the development process, analysis of the particle swarm algorithm improvement strategy, the paper used by introducing a phase-out factor, proposed a new particle swarm out strategy, forming a WPSO law, and with the traditional PSO was compared using the optimization function experiments to compare the results show that, WPSO value in the optimization better than the PSO.
