Abstract :
L-3 communications electron technologies (L-3 ETI) has recently completed qualification testing and a pilot production run for a 130 W K-band traveling-wave tube (TWT) in a conduction-cooled package. A pilot production run and qualification testing for the radiation-cooled package is on-going.
