Abstract
An oversampled multi bit sigma-delta modulator based on error compensation techniques for the D/A converter in the feedback loop is proposed. The circuit utilizes an accurate voltage reference generator to improve the linearity of the D/A converter. Low over-sampling ratios make it feasible for large signal bandwidths to be achieved in this converter
