Abstract :
An uniplanar quasi-optical antenna-mixer for millimeter-wave-length applications is described. Quasi-optical mixers combine the functions of antenna and mixer in one unit. They can be integrated on passive radiometer (pushbroom or multispot), for Earth observation. An accurate analysis of the coupled slot antenna is proposed. Both propagation and radiation studies are completed. Experimental results are presented and compared with theory
