Abstract :
In this paper we mainly describes the research progress in oxide cathode, which includes the gas-liquid synthesis of a sub-micrometer/nanometer carbonates, the preparation of a main single structure Ba5CaAl4O12 under CO2/air protection atmosphere, the realization of a Ni-Re-Ir sponge diffusion layer and the development of a electrolysis-electroplate Ni sponge. According to above research results, we have developed many kinds of oxide cathodes, which have successfully been used in klystrons, Transmitting tube and TWT.
