Cloud computing and its application to construction of web-based learning environment

With the popularity of learning on the internet, the construction of perfect web-based learning environment has become one of the hot points on researching remote education. Cloud computing is another brand-new concept of network following the network computing. It will become a primary way for people to obtain service and information in the future. In this paper, web-based learning environment and the concept of cloud computing are discussed. The lastest development of cloud computing is summarized. Cloud computing and its application to web-based learning environment are made some researches preliminarily and its basic framework has been given.
