Abstract :
In order to learn influence of wheel tread reprofiling on dynamics behaviors of high speed electric motor car, wheel tread worn and dynamics characteristics of motor car was studied before and after wheel tread reprofiling. Experimental results show: The maximum vibration acceleration of axle housing was significantly reduced after wheel tread reprofiling, the influence of wheel tread reprofiling on the maximum vibration acceleration of bogie frame, air spring, car body was not significant, the main vibration frequency components of axle housing, bogie frame, air spring, car body were changed and some high frequency vibration components were significantly reduced after wheel tread reprofiling, the capacity of vibration isolation of primary & secondary suspension was perfect before wheel tread reprofiling and was much better after wheel tread reprofiling, and the lateral stability of motor car was slightly improved after wheel tread reprofiling.
