Abstract :
This paper describes 3D program for electron optics systems(EOS) analyses, including EOS of vacuum RF devices. such as TWTs and klystrons. The structure of the program consists of the following elements: electron gun code, transporting and focusing system code, multistage depressed collector code and post processor.
