Abstract :
Based on the TAM model, the objectives of this study are to explore organizational roles´ differences in e-learning acceptance. A survey taken from 10 financial companies which had implemented e-learning system shows that managers perceived usefulness in e-learning are stronger than perceived ease of use and employee perceived usefulness and ease of use are stronger than managers. The perceived usefulness and ease of use impacted both managers and employees on that they would adopt e-learning. These findings suggest that researchers should realize that e-learning may be perceived differently by managers and employees. Company should take the different organizational roles into account to improve the e-learning effectiveness.
