Abstract :
This paper addresses the design of static output-feedback controller for nonlinear systems represented by Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy models. An improved output parallel distributed compensation (OPDC) associated to a mode dependent Lyapunov function is proposed. Such approach aims to reduce the possible conservativeness of previous results. The proposed conditions are in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMI). An illustrative example is provided to show the applicability of our approach.
