Abstract
To meet the requirement of high transmission speed and reliability of distributed control system in Steer-By-Wire (SBW), a hardware design based on MC9S12XF512, which has a FlexRay module, featuring high transmission speed and deterministic transfer time, was put forward after analysis of SBW working principle. The hardware was developed and the interface design of motor drive, photoelectric encoder and FlexRay communication were introduced in detail.
