Abstract :
This paper has discussed the small tractor transmission, which is uneven thickness and box part of complex structure. The small tractor transmission appears several reasons of cold cracks for in the casting process. This paper proposed prevention measures and solutions in order to greatly reduce the rejection rate, by the process, physical and chemical analysis, core materials testing, tensile strength of gray cast iron. This method achieved very good results.
