Abstract :
Compared with primer, various performance of free primer (such as, appearance performance, hardness, adhesive force, water resistance, acid & alkali resistance, oil resistance, salt mist resistance, weathering resistance) were investigated by means of experiments. The qualities of free primer are no obviously charged for the surface of existing enclosure, sill and intermediate pillar. The feasibility of innovation, lower cost and higher efficiency of primer-free painting technology for automobile interior surface were discussed in this study.
