Abstract :
An important algorithm in linear algebra, i.e., LU decomposition, which initially seemed an unlikely candidate to benefit from parallel processing has been shown to be highly parallelizable. Results obtained with a moment method code on a transputer array show acceptable efficiencies for problems of interest in computational electromagnetics (CEM).<>
