Abstract :
The ferroelectric copolymer PVDF-TrFE thin films were deposited by spin coating method. Electron emission properties of PVDF-TrFE thin film annealed at 140degC were tested, and the role of amorphous phase in electron emission process was discussed. The results showed that the electron emission ability of PVDF-TrFE film was dependent on the film crystallinty, and amorphous phase in the film determined main electron emission process.
