    The author shows that it is possible to synthesize all significant parameters of software development into a few factors such as environment factor and manpower build-up. The dynamic trade-off between development time, cost and difficulty is embedded into the software equation. The primary purpose of the estimating method introduced by the author is to be a robust counter-measure to business catastrophies
