After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

Electronic Technology courses were the most important technical foundation courses of automation, communications and electronic information engineering professionalism, and also the courses were very strong curriculum of engineering and practical. “Project-driven” teaching method was effective teaching form of promoting creation view of students, power of innovation and the level of innovation, and the basic idea of “Project-driven” teaching method was fit for the actuality of courses innovation and broke the traditional classroom teaching and learning process. And it could stimulate self-learning ability of students to improve the vitality and efficiency of classroom teaching. The paper discussed the feasibility, excellence and actual implement methods of the new teaching methods in electronic technology courses, and analyzed the application difficulties of the new teaching method.
