Abstract
We propose a statistical framework to examine the effects of the main factors in the design of an olfactometer. The goal is to optimize the design process of an olfactometer using statistical process control. The analysis and effectiveness of the proposed framework is evaluated using a variety of statistical quality control techniques including analysis of variance and residual analysis.
