Abstract :
´Auto-control theory´ characterizes more teaching hours, involving much basic theories, heavy and complex concepts, high experiment requirement, rapid development and being full of difficulties. An education innovation has been proposed, including special academic report, the application of modern education means, the experiment innovation, the application of bilingual education and the examination innovation. The innovation promotes the learning enthusiasm of students, increases the efficiency of the education and strengthens capability analyzing, solving problems and bilingual application of the students. Practice has demonstrated that the innovation is applicable.
