Abstract :
The number of the bar breaking increases gradually, if we can not detect the bar breaking immediately. It may lead to accidents, and also cause great economic losses when the squirrel cage asynchronous motors have a rotor bar breaking fault. Therefore it is helpful to science organization, arranging maintenance and avoiding the shutdown if we have early detection for the bar breaking. This article studied the adaptive filtering diagnosis of the rotor bar breaking of the squirrel cage asynchronous motors, and carried on the analysis to the LMS adaptive algorithm according to adaptive principle. Finally , it diagnosed and analyzed the rotor bar breaking of the squirrel cage asynchronous motors by the principle of adaptive filtering.
