Abstract :
The control strategy of cultch engagement process for AMT vehicle starting stage was researched in this paper, and the control strategy of multi-stages which developed based on fuzzy-control was introduced. The initial-starting stage, starting-accelerate stage and tend to synchronous stage of clutch was controlled in fuzzy closed-loop. In order to increase the control accuracy, the control parameters were optimized respectively, and a reasonable fuzzy control rule base was designed. An electronic-control system based on Freescale MC9S12DT128 microcontroller was developed. Bench test was taken on the first gear and second gear, the results show that: or the jerk and friction work of the engagement process is in allowable range, the vehicle can be started quickly and smoothly.
