Abstract :
Research about the ingredient of biaxial orientation pipe and discuss the online detection of molecular orientation by ultrasonic. Identified the dosage of the main additives and influence to the material properties by orthogonal experiment; Calibrate the ultrasonic velocity that perpendicular to the oriented direction of the sample by infrared dichroism, then found a good linear relationship between them, illustrate it is a feasible measurement for the molecular orientation of the samples online by ultrasonic. Calibrate the ultrasonic velocity with infrared dichroism by the PVC-O material introduced by this paper, further illustration that this is a feasible and generic method Finally, discuss the influence of the relaxation to the molecular orientation.
