Abstract :
This paper introduces the research and application process of a intelligent measuring instrument used to measure the water temperature difference in blast furnace cooling system. The operation principle, the main design breakthrough point, instrument calibration and the experiment application problems are mainly described. The results show that the Instrument is particularly suitable for open-circuit cooling system of blast furnace and the occasions of continuous multi-point temperature measurement. It can effectively improve the efficiency and the accuracy of temperature difference measurement of cooling water in blast furnace.
