    This paper proposed a dynamic hierarchical teaching method based on different of individual attributes. This method made use of diversity of students in three attributes: intelligence, knowledge, attitude, which were gave the different weights, and finally get an integrated attribute value by weighted average, and the individual students were divided to the different levels according to the integrated attribute value, and with the teaching-learning process adjusted dynamically level of student. This way will not only ensure the individual students of the different level could master the basic knowledge units, but also will ensure requirement that the individual students of high level learn further to knowledge units, and at the same time reach a purpose to teach students according to their aptitude, and improve the level and quality of teaching, and supply a scientific guiding basis with student´s further.
