Abstract :
In this paper a method was introduced to control the heating process of silicon carbide rod by SCR based on PLC in that they exhibit strengths of silicon carbide rod heating and prolong the life of silicon carbide rod. This system can realize precise temperature control and automatic temperature control in according to the furnace heating curves, prolonging the life of the elements and stove, saving energy and promote efficiency, improving product quality.
