  • Abstract
    Chief outsider control is in fact the case of property rights impersonal exercise of power were the principal agents of the system in order to give up control in exchange for a non-system control to control the agent´s misconduct. This behavior is under the conditions of the planned economy, the traditional government-led corporate extension of the external governance structure. This is actually a state-owned enterprise corporate governance structure appears in the “principal problem” with the state-owned enterprise corporate governance structure, there were serious, “agency problem” together to form a corporate governance structure of corporate special “administrative intervention in the internal control ”phenomenon, greatly reduce the scale of corporate governance performance.
