Abstract :
The contribution will consider the application of infrared and Raman spectroscopy and elastic laser light scattering in understanding the chemical and physical characteristics of polymeric insulating materials. Such understanding is essential to any detailed assessment of the properties and performance of polymeric materials in service and in supporting laboratory studies
