Abstract :
Jigging coal running is a widely used way in coal running areas at present. But the actual way to ensure the quality of refined coal is based on it´s low reclaiming rate, logical control and conventional PID are the most common methods to control jiggers in inner land. Taking TDK jigger of Coal Washery in HeiDaiGou Junggar Energy Co. Ltd. as studying object and based on the analysis of the discharging system, the method of NC air valve control ι Auto-air control and Visualization are provided in this paper. Based on analyzing the way of improving the air-valves´ control precision, an optimizing control algorithm is adopted in the locale. The locale application shows that the improved control method of air valves works reliably, The jigger stratification state is more stable and the quality and quantity of the refined coal are ensured, which brings considerable benefit to the coal mine.
